In-Person Class Description
 
This in-person class is  outdoors
on the banks of Hamburg Cove located at Reynold'sSubaru.

This comprehensive class offers: breathing techniques (pranayama), postures (asana), yoga philosophy, meditation methods and deep relaxation.  Tools you can take off the mat to support managing stress, pain and anxiety, while enabling overall well-being. 


Whether you are new to yoga or a practiced student of yoga, this class is for you.

 A variety of  postures (standing, seated and on the floor) that focus on encouraging alignment, balance, strength and flexibility, will be offered. Variations are encouraged and demonstrated so that you will feel comfortable and confident.

 

Practicing yoga outdoors on Hamburg Cove, in this stunning, peaceful setting, you’ll tap into a deeper quality of peacefulness.

 

Lynn encourages you to go at your own pace, attend to your body's needs and supporting your postures by using props and “customizations”,  providing yon an accessible and enjoyable yoga experience.
