In-Person Class Description
This in-person class is outdoors
on the lawn of the
“Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.”
Whether you are new to yoga or a practiced student of yoga, this class is for you.
A variety of postures (standing, seated and on the floor) that focus on encouraging alignment, balance, strength and flexibility, will be offered. Lots of variations are encouraged and demonstrated so that you will feel comfortable and confident.
Lynn encourages you to go at your own pace, attend to your body's needs and supporting your postures by using props; yoga blocks, blanket, chair, straps, and “customizations" providing you an accessible and enjoyable yoga experience.
Membership at the Lymes Senior Center is Required
$5 residents (yearly)
$10 out of towner (yearly)
