Lynn holds a Masters of Science in exercise physiology, and certifications in Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Informed Trauma Therapy , Personal Training and Health Coaching. With her extensive background and decades of teaching, and working 1:1 with hundreds of people of various ages, abilities and health concerns, Lynn brings a unique teaching style and meets you where you are.
Why practice one-to-one?
Personalized instruction may be the most beneficial practice for you and just the right way to begin a yoga practice, get back into a practice or get a better understanding of alignment that suits your body no matter what your physical abilities.
You will receive confidential and personalized attention. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and takes into consideration your uniqueness: overall health, current alignment restrictions and injury, past or recovering. These classes could include breath-work, asanas (yoga poses) and meditation.
Private Yoga

3 Session Package $ 198 (to be completed within 4 weeks)
8 Session Package $ 520 (to be completed within 10 weeks)
Semi-Private Yoga
Share a private class with a friends or family members (up to 3 people) and receive in depth personal attention for your yoga practice.

Reiki (for humans & pets)
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. This form of therapy uses simple hands-on, no-touch visualization techniques to improve the flow of life energy. This energy healing has proven effective at helping physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.
