With an MS in Exercise, Anatomy & Physiology, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy, 200-ERYT, Personal Trainer and Reiki practitioner and having been in the wellness & fitness industry since 1980, practicing and studying yoga and other integrative approaches since 1991, sharing information and current science on how to improve and maintain a healthy life has brought me great joy and purpose. Working with me could provide you greater functionality, more ease in your body, less pain and a felt sense of well-being.
